So this was a contract role but they kept talking about stability and wanting people to stay long term, which felt a bit insincere given the contract nature. They also don't seem to offer any performance or other bonuses, which makes you wonder about management. It also seems like they've been hiring for L2 roles for a while now, always looking for people. It would be good if they took a moment to reflect on that.
