Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CACI International.
Electronics Technician
I got an email about the job. First, I had a phone interview. After that went well, they flew me out to their Program Management Office and gave me a rental car with GPS and paid for my hotel at a Marriott. It was a pretty good experience. They paid me for all the time I was there for the interview. Once I accepted the offer, I started filling out the paperwork.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
- What specific technical knowledge do you have based on your experience?
- Could you tell me more about your experience and how it relates to this role?
Technician
It was okay talking with the hiring managers and recruiters. You should do your homework on the company and then come up with your own questions based on what you found.
- Tell me about your skills and experience.
- Can you describe a challenging work environment and how you resolved any issues that arose?
GIS Technician
It was a great interview process! Super straightforward and they got right to the point. They asked me some questions about my past work and then a few days later they called me to let me know I got the job.
