I had a 30 minute interview with 3 people on a panel. They mostly asked about my background and experience with systems and testing. I felt it went okay, but I haven't heard back in two weeks.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty basic and not very in-depth. They asked some generic questions that didn't really probe into my skills or technical abilities, and other questions were about my past work experience.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you describe your responsibilities in your last role?

Technical Behavioral

A senior Systems Administrator got in touch with me. They asked about my background, military experience, and what I expect from the role. It was mostly technical, but not super hard or deep. I think they were trying to get a feel for me, see what problems I've faced and how I handled them. Being really good with both Unix/Linux and MS Windows was key. I was told that most candidates are strong in either Unix/Linux or MS Windows, but they're looking for someone well-rounded with skills across all platforms.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you tell me about any areas in Windows where you feel you could use more experience or need to improve, and what's your plan to gain that?
  • Can you tell me about any areas in Unix/Linux where you feel you could use more experience or need to improve, and what's your plan to gain that?
