Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then had a first interview that was an hour long. It covered a lot about CACI, what they do, my role, and logistics. They also asked about my resume experiences and some technical questions for the role. About a few weeks later, I had a second interview. This one was 90 minutes with a manager and two technical people. They asked a lot of technical questions and about my experience with certain processes/concepts. The questions were straightforward but required good preparation. I got an offer about two weeks after that.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and had a quick phone interview with a recruiter about my experience and goals. About two weeks later, I had an interview with two team members. One didn't show up. The other talked a lot about their work at CACI, hardly asked me anything. They mostly asked what projects I'd want to do, interrupting me a lot while I answered. No experience questions, definitely no technical questions, and only one behavioral question (see below). Even though I asked follow-up questions, the interviewer ended the interview abruptly 15 minutes early. I got rejected two business days later.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What's your approach when a team faces deadlines that change quickly?
  • What kind of projects would you be interested in working on here?
