Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CACI International.
Project Manager
It was a virtual interview with three people on the panel. They wanted me to go over my resume and talk about my main skills. I also had to show that I knew about the Company, its culture, and what it does. If you are confident, it feels more like a chat than an interview.
- What makes you want to work for this company instead of another?
- Tell me about your hobbies outside of your job.
Project Manager
Had a 1 hour conversation with the VP, Director, and Senior Program Manager. It was more about them recruiting me than me interviewing. They wanted to leverage my experience with the program office and government PM to help with a difficult situation between the gov't PM and the CACI PM. The focus was more on them convincing me to join than me proving my worth.
- What is your earliest availability to start?
Project Manager
I met with 4 people on the team. I met with leads from each team and they pretty much asked the same question. Typical interview 101 questions. They also asked behavioral questions.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell me about your experience on Project X?
- What prompts your decision to leave your current role?
