Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was super straightforward and went off without a hitch. I initially applied for one position, but they realized my skills were a better fit for a different role that paid more, so I ended up getting offered a higher-paying job than I expected. The hiring manager was pretty chill and wasn't quite sure what to ask me, so I pretty much had to deliver an elevator pitch. I'd totally suggest prepping one yourself, just in case you run into the same situation.

I sent in my resume and then a few weeks later I got an interview. First, the interviewer told me about the company and its business, and also about the specific division I would be working in and its functions. Then, I got to ask them questions about the company and the division. After that, they looked over my resume and asked me about my past jobs and experiences. Lastly, they asked me some behavioral questions about how I work. I sent in my transcript and references after the interview, and got an offer a bit over a week later.

Behavioral

It was a standard interview. They went over my resume and talked about my qualifications. We discussed assignments, benefits, and what they expect. They also asked about my other experiences and things I do outside of work. Basically, they wanted to see how qualified I was and how I could use my past knowledge and experience. The interviewer was nice and professional. The interview went way longer than it was supposed to, but I took that as a good sign. It was really important that I could start right away.
