Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CACI International.
Intelligence Analyst
I applied for a Mid-Level CACI Intelligence Analyst position and, after a good interview experience, received an offer that I think is below market rate. Even though I was denied a small raise or signing/retention bonus, I took the offer because I was really interested in the role and the mission. But, I withdrew my acceptance just two days after accepting the conditional offer because I found better opportunities. Later, when I was looking into a different role with Leidos on the same contract, I found out that CACI's policy for former candidates stopped me from being considered for reasons I don't know. While my interactions with CACI were positive and professional, the result was unexpected and disappointing because it seems like CACI blocked me from looking at other opportunities with a different company just because I turned down their offer. I would advise potential candidates to be cautious before accepting and then declining a job offer with CACI, or they might face consequences when looking for other jobs with them. If CACI has more details, I'm open to changing my review.
- Can you tell me about a difficult decision you had to make?
Intelligence Analyst
The interview process was straightforward. The recruiter was knowledgeable and easy to reach, and answered questions quickly. If you know your stuff, the questions are easy to answer. The hiring process is mostly online and simple to get through, although it could be a bit more organized.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intelligence Analyst
I interviewed with a panel of different section leaders. They reviewed my resume qualifications and talked about where I may be best fit and my career aspirations. Out of all the interviews that I have done, this company takes a better hands-on approach and makes you feel included in the decision making process.
- Can you explain how your experience aligns with the role you applied for?
