Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CACI International.
Investigator
It was on zoom, and I was dressed professionally. The hiring manager asked standard questions about my background, experience, work history, and my motivation for wanting to work here. The interview was about 15-20 minutes.
- What makes you want to work for us?
- What led you to choose CACI?
Investigator
I interviewed for an Investigator position. It's a pretty straightforward role, and if you've got experience in investigations or compliance monitoring, you'll probably be fine. My previous investigative work experience really came in handy. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable working from a home office and also okay with traveling. The good news is no overnight travel is required, and overtime isn't usually mandatory.
- What are your thoughts on working remotely?
Investigator
It was a roughly 20-minute Skype call with the hiring manager. It was mostly for them to get to know you better. It was a simple interview and it was nice to be able to do it from home.
