I got an email about a week after applying online. We exchanged a few emails, then the interview was set up with clear directions and contact info for the onsite person. When I got there, everything went smoothly from the receptionist to the interviewer starting on time. The interview panel included the onsite manager, the Lead Functional Analyst, and some developers who joined remotely. I was told the PM who set it up wouldn't be there. The interview went okay, but they asked about skills not on my resume, which was a bit of a letdown because I felt the PM should have checked that. My experience and skills really matched the job description well.
