There were two phone interviews in total, followed by a very thorough background check because this is a federal contractor dealing with sensitive government information. The application process itself was also very thorough.

It was a really fair and thorough interview process. They covered my background, education, goals, and interest in CACI, and how I'd fit the position. There were multiple rounds of interviews, including a couple of panels, but everything felt positive and encouraging. It was just very deliberate and detailed. They were looking into how I would add cake to the government client.

A recruiter initially reached out to me and asked about my skills. Following that, I had a phone interview where my skillset was explored more deeply. About a month later, I was invited for an in-person interview. During this meeting, I was questioned about my proficiency with specific software and again about my overall skillset. I was also informed about potential training programs they offer and employment conditions related to my current skill level.
