The process was straightforward. I had an in-person interview with the manager, where we discussed the cashier's daily routine, working hours, salary, and benefits. They asked about my previous experience, customer service skills, and availability. It was quick and easy.

It was a good interview, the interviewer offered me several opportunities for financial growth. He asked a lot of questions, tested my experience in the area, explained the company's goals, and questioned me about the previous management.

I had an online and in-person interview where I had to complete a test with math and Portuguese questions, and also write an essay. If I got at least 70% on the tests, I would then proceed to an interview with HR and then the manager. I passed the tests and spoke with the manager, but after that, HR just disappeared. They didn't inform me if I was approved or not, which I find very disrespectful to the candidate, as I spent my time going to the store, taking the tests, and writing an unnecessary essay for a low-level position.

  • Are you available to work various shifts?
  • How many buses do you take to commute to work?
