First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cacau Show.
Sales Operator
Store Manager
It's a really long and bureaucratic process, not at all what you'd expect for the salary. There are 4 stages to get a job that basically labels you as a slave, because the manager has to live for the store, for a salary way below market rate, with long working hours and a lot of responsibilities. Not to mention the benefits which are completely incompatible.

Manager
This was the most bureaucratic and lengthy process I've ever been through in my 15+ years of career. It feels like they test your patience and resilience by making you go there in person multiple times. They could interview multiple people from the company at the same time, but no, each day you go and talk to one person. They don't optimize the candidate's time or the process! It's almost disrespectful. I went to Itapevi 6 times!!! The same questions, and people who aren't very prepared to interview. They conduct the interview implying they doubt your capability, and delve into personal matters in great detail, which is totally inappropriate.
- Do you have children, and will work and the workday (which is exploratory and outside the law) be your priority, and do you intend to move closer?
- Will your priority be the work and the workday, which is exploratory and outside the law?
- Do you intend to move closer?
Sales Representative
It was pretty chill, just a few questions about sales experience and the importance of selling and offering products. There was a basic math test, basic Portuguese, and a personal essay. They asked a lot about skills and sales situations, like dealing with a difficult customer. They also asked about professional experience. The test was done in the mall's food court. They detailed the job, which was temporary for Easter.
- Do you have flexible working hours?
- Tell me about your work background.
- Could you share a bit about yourself?
