It was a pretty detailed process with some tests for numeracy, personality, and motivation. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and someone in a similar role. The interview felt very focused on them and didn't really try to sell the job or company to me. After that, I was quickly told I was one of the strongest candidates and would have another interview with a senior manager for a final check. I haven't heard anything since. If you get an interview at C&W, I'd suggest asking questions about the role throughout the process instead of waiting for them to present it to you.
