First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cabify.
Customer Excellence Manager
First, there was a phone screening. Then, an in-person interview with the Head of the area. After that, I had to do a business case. Finally, there was a virtual interview with the COO. During the interview with the Head, she gave false information. She talked about teamwork as a company value, but in reality, people sabotage each other, there's a bad work environment, and the leader from Colombia promotes bad relationships among people in the same area.
- What do you consider most relevant to address to improve service quality?
Senior Manager
First, a phone call with HR, then with the hiring manager. Then, a half-day at the company with the manager, VP of Sales, and peer teams in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (whatever the candidate is most comfortable with). Before that, you get a call from HR to prepare you for the interview marathon where you need to connect what you do to the company's values and solve a case study, all discussed verbally. Afterward, there was a final video call with the CPI for deliberation. Overall, HR is very clear and keeps the candidate informed of everything, even when there are delays in responses, and the best part is sending personalized feedback to candidates who reached the end of the process (at least that was my impression). I loved it and found it very professional and human. All benefits and salary are explained in the first HR interview. So, you already know if your value is within range or not, with no surprises.
- Can you provide examples of cases you've worked on, projects you've executed, and the results you achieved?
- Discuss cases, projects executed, and results.
- Tell us about cases, projects executed, and results.
Manager
First, there was a generic HR call where they asked why I wanted to switch jobs. Then, the hiring manager interviewed me, focusing more on the role itself. After that, I had an exercise, but they gave me very little time for it. Finally, they reviewed my exercise, and then made an offer.
