Technical

It was transparent and demanding. You need to know the proposed technology with some background. Data streaming isn't something you learn quickly, and even if you have time to do it, it shows if you learn it on the fly.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, there was a CV screening with someone from HR over the phone. Then, I had to complete a technical challenge. After that, I went through 3 onsite interviews, each lasting an hour. Each of these interviews consisted of two parts: some behavioural questions and some technical questions. These technical parts included reviewing the challenge I did, a system design question, and some open-ended scenarios.

Behavioral

I was first contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin. After that, I had a call with HR. Then, I was given a take-home test that took me two weeks to complete and required many hours of work. They contacted me after I completed it, saying they liked my profile and wanted to proceed. After I shared my availability for the interview, they went silent for two weeks and then informed me that they had cancelled the position. A lot of time wasted, and I wasn't the only one.
