The hiring process was quite fast and pretty clear. There were supposed to be four interviews: a first chat with HR, a technical SQL interview, a take-home assignment, and a final cultural fit interview. In my case, I only made it to the second interview.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • In the first HR interview, they asked me general questions like why the company and about my previous experience, plus some very basic SQL questions.
  • During the second interview, I was asked to write two simple queries.
  • And in the third, I had to find both syntax and relationship errors within the model. The questions are not hard for someone with SQL experience.

The interview process had several stages and a technical test. You start with an HR interview, then they give you a week to complete the technical test, and after that there are two more interviews with people who are more senior and also with people at the same level.

Case Behavioral

It was a long interview process with no proactive updates from the recruiter. They had a case study where they wanted me to build a full end-to-end dashboard, but then they wouldn't reply for weeks until I followed up. It felt like they were trying to get free consultancy work, expecting a complex project to be done in just two weeks. It seemed unrealistic and short-sighted.
