There was a 10-20 minute pre-screen where they explained the position and checked if the job would be a good fit for me. Then, there was another 20-minute interview for the position the following week. Nothing too unusual about the process.

Behavioral Other

My first interview was with a supervisor who was really nice and asked good questions to learn more about me. He seemed impressed with my background. He took notes. My second interview was with two supervisors who had no personality and acted like they didn't want to be there. One of them had a smirk the whole time. They showed no enthusiasm for the job or for interviewing me. I'm glad I didn't get the job because I wouldn't want to work with management like that.

Behavioral Technical Other

After applying online, I had a quick phone chat with the HR lady maybe a week or two later. She then invited me for an in-person interview which was about 30 minutes long and had the HR person and the sales supervisor there. They said if it goes well, they'll give a conditional job offer, but it depends on passing a credit, criminal, and reference check, which a third party called Backcheck does. CAA also recently added a new thing where they check your credit score, not just the report, and will pull the offer if it's not good.
