The recruiter confirmed the interview really late, the day before for a 9 AM slot. They also want to know what you think makes for good customer service, and your strengths and weaknesses.

It was a 3-round process: HR, hiring manager and team members, and senior management. There was also an online criteria assessment. Sadly, HR ghosted me after the third round and never got back to me even when I followed up.

The interview process was super easy. First, I had a phone interview where they asked me the usual questions about my work history and so on. They also gave me an idea of what the job entails during that interview. Just a couple of days later, I got an email saying I made it to the second interview, which was with the branch manager. The questions were the typical ones related to the role, like, 'How do you handle challenging clients,' 'What makes you different from other candidates,' 'How do you ensure excellent customer service.'

First, an HR person will give you a quick call to ask some screening questions and explain the job. Then, they'll book an interview for the next day. You'll have a Zoom interview with the HR person from the first call and a supervisor. They'll ask common interview questions and it should take about 30-45 minutes. They were nice to talk to and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I got the job offer the day after.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Can you tell me a little about yourself?
  • What draws you to our company and the insurance industry?
  • Describe a situation where you succeeded working on a team project.
