The interview felt a bit disorganized at first, but it became clearer after the initial chat. Even though the start was a bit weird, the interviewer was a senior and professional person, so we ended up having a good technical discussion.

Applied online and had to do a set of video responses with unlimited retries for each. A recruiter contacted me about a week later about coming in for an onsite interview. This involved 4 different interviews with a mix of managers, HR, and software developers. They called me on the way home to offer me the job because I mentioned I had other offer deadlines approaching. I was really impressed with how fast everything moved and the experience overall, so I accepted.
