Behavioral Other

The interview seemed rushed and unenthusiastic. I arrived and the place looked nice, but the interviewer was clearly uninterested and in a hurry. I honestly didn't feel comfortable. It was one of the most negative interview experiences I've had. It's a waste of time and money for travel.

Behavioral Presentation

Had a phone interview, then an in-person interview that was fast. Questions were straightforward, asking about past work situations. Expect to meet with two managers at different levels. If they introduce you to the team, it's a good sign.

Group Presentation Technical

I had 2 phone interviews which went well, leading me to the assessment centre. The assessment centre was really fun, starting with a group exercise, then a presentation on digital transformation that was pre-made. Following that, there was an individual activity related to the role, giving us 2 hours to complete it and present our findings. This involved using Excel, looking at data, and presenting it appropriately. After the assessment, there was an optional site tour and we got a £5 food voucher, the food was the best. No face-to-face interview. However, they didn't tell us the salary until the end of the day, and it was much lower than average. I still haven't heard back after 2 months, so I assume it's a no, which is appalling. I'd avoid CA.
