Account Executive
There were three interviewers including HR. If you pass the hiring manager interview, the rest of the process is pretty straightforward. You might have additional stages like talking with future colleagues, but that's mainly to check your personality fit.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
Account Executive
The interview was conducted by the Manager who inquired about my previous employment, the scope of my responsibilities, and some personal details like my life and residence. He then reviewed my resume, asking about my past projects and how I approached them. Following this, I was referred to the HR Manager, who provided information about the company, compensation structure, and available benefits.
- What kind of work have you been handling?
- Tell me about the areas you are handling?
Account Executive
A recruiter from CA reached out on LinkedIn about an account executive position in Tampa, asking if I was interested and to suggest some dates and times. I responded with my availability. They then asked if a specific time that same day would work, and I quickly agreed and provided my phone number. However, the scheduled call didn't happen. I followed up on LinkedIn to inquire about the missed call, but I haven't received a response. This seems to be characteristic of CA's recruitment approach. CA, please don't respond to this feedback; it's unacceptable. Also, stop sending surveys about the recruitment experience, as it's clear you don't genuinely care.
