The interview process started from 3.00pm till 10.30pm. We had a JAM session first in which we were given 5 minutes to prepare for a topic & 1 minute to speak about it. Then those who qualified were sent to the written technical test which had basic questions from MS-office, Networking, routers, windows troubleshooting etc. Now the third round was a technical face to face round with general & basic technical troubleshooting. Then we had an operations round in which we were asked questions like- Why do you want to join C3i? Make us believe that you will stick around with the company? Our communication was also checked. Then we had an HR round in which the pay roll was discussed. I accepted the offer letter & joined the company followed by medical examination. The main deciding factor for your selection is your communication skills & a basic knowledge of computers & networking.
- Given your good percentage, why are you interested in a career in Tech Support?
- How can you convince us that you'll be a long-term employee here?
- Why would someone with your academic achievements choose to work in Tech Support?

It's easy... Not much to worry about. Round 1: Personal interview with HR (They check for communication skills and MTI) - don't use accent, try to be clear, normal when it comes to your English and make sure that your MTI is absolute minimum. Round 2: Basic written test on the candidate's computer knowledge - get an upper primary school computer book and go through it - it's more than enough. Round 3: Operations Manager / TL round (They'll check for the communication skills and your flexibility; you can say anything when it comes to Clinical Trials as the management itself is ignorant). Tip: Stand by your word, back yourself up. Round 4: Berlitz round (Client round) - They will check for your communication skills again and your decision-making ability. Tip: Stand by your word, back yourself up.
- Can you tell me about your resume and past experience?
Desktop Support Technician
Had a 1st call with the recruiter and then a 2nd call with the desktop support team. They were super professional and got back to me quickly. They offered the lower end of what I was hoping for salary-wise, but the benefits were pretty good, even though it's a 1-year contract. They didn't mention the specific work hours or if I'd be on call during the first call. They followed up really fast, within hours after the first call, to let me know about the next steps, which was great.
- Can you describe your past work experience?
- Do you possess the specific skills required for this position?
