Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at C3i Solutions.
Customer Service Associate
First there was a writing test, then a face-to-face interview with HR where they asked soft skill and knowledge-based questions. Good training was provided for us to move forward. Surrounded by a good biography and everything was good.
- Can you tell me about Capitia?
- What services are offered by this BPO?
- Could you explain what a BPO is?
Customer Service Representative
The whole process took one day, although there was a lot of waiting. There were 4 rounds in total: a jam session, a simple aptitude test, a telephonic round, and an operations round. In the first round, candidates had to speak about any topic for a few minutes. The second round involved very simple math and verbal questions. The telephonic round was quite complex, focusing on speaking skills and how questions were answered. The operations round felt relaxed. I got selected in the end.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- What are your long-term career aspirations (5 years from now)?
- Who is the founder of Google?
Customer Service Representative
HR had me come in for an initial chat. Then, I had a second and final interview with two supervisors. They asked me a lot about phone customer service and general customer service skills, plus a few small details about the job itself. It was a good experience and the job sounded pretty good.
- Can you share an instance where you delivered outstanding service?
