It was a multi-stage process without an initial recruiter call. It started with a hiring manager screen, followed by a take-home assignment. Then, there were three panel interviews and a final round. While the people I interacted with were great, the process had some issues with automation. Getting timely responses from the recruiter, who I only communicated with via email, was tough. Even after the on-site panel interviews, the timelines weren't clear, and there was no follow-up as promised.

It started with an introductory phone call, then a written assignment, which had revisions, and finally an onsite interview with 6 individuals ranging from associate to VP. The team was very thorough and made sure to check-in regularly prior to finalizing the offer.
