The interview process was frankly terrible. There were several rounds that kept getting rescheduled. I was given a take-home assignment that asked me to identify sales opportunities for C3, which felt like they were trying to get free consulting work to expand their business. I also had to do a case study that didn't really make sense. To top it off, the recruiters and hiring manager wouldn't discuss compensation until the very end. Plus, the interviewers were very open about their unhappiness with C3, citing the rigid return-to-office policy, leadership that didn't listen, and the excessive amount of reports they had to file to keep management updated.

I felt like I was treated like a number. They don't respond to emails unless followed up. They ask questions and you answer, but if you ask questions, they disappear. REALLY negative vibes. Their process involves an interview with the hiring manager, a case study homework, and then 2 more interviews. After that, there's a reference check where they ask for contact info of your previous managers.

We started with an initial screening call with the manager. Then I had a written assignment, which was an AI use case scoping exercise. After that, the first round was a challenge on the written assignment. The second round involved a behavioural and problem-solving exercise related to an AI use case. Finally, the last round was a behavioural interview with senior leadership.
