So first, we talked about some basic stuff, like what the company does, their projects, and what my role would be. It was good for making sure we were on the same page and for me to ask anything I was unsure about. Then, they threw a technical question at me to see how I'd solve problems and if I knew my stuff for the role. I had to explain how I'd tackle it, talk about different ways to solve it, and basically just walk them through how I think.

Had a first interview that lasted about an hour. They asked me to introduce myself, then asked questions based on my resume. We talked about my projects and other things on my resume. After that, there was a coding question.

The process started with a take-home assignment, which was expected to be 5 pages long and involved in-depth research and creating mocks. It was a big time commitment. After submitting, there was radio silence for over a month. Other candidates received interview requests, but there wasn't even the courtesy of a rejection. It was a highly unprofessional and ridiculous experience. Also, they require in-person work 5 days a week.
