It was a multi-stage interview process. It started with a recruiter phone screen, then an online exam which was pretty easy. After that, there was a phone case interview focused on market sizing. Then an in-person interview and a final meeting with the managing director. Lots of contact points overall. The case interviews were about the pharma industry and involved reading graphs. I thought they were easier than at other firms. The onsite interview location wasn't great, in a rural part of NYC. I liked the Boston team but the process involved different offices and a third-party recruiter, which felt disorganized.

I applied online and then a recruiting firm reached out a few weeks later. They set up a phone interview and then a Skype interview. The Skype interview was a few weeks after that, and it included a skills test where I had to look at, interpret, and fix slides with different information. I also sent in a writing sample. After passing those, I had an in-person interview in Atlanta with the two top managers. I presented my graduate research and then we had lunch. About a week later, the branch owner called me with an offer.

I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin in September 2014. Over the next 2 months, I went through the typical stages: an initial phone screen, then a Skype interview which included an online assessment and a brief case study. The final stage was an in-person interview at their office, involving case studies, behavioral questions, and a presentation. I had lunch with the entire NJ office, which was a great experience and made me feel very welcome. The company covered my accommodation for the overnight stay.
- Can you describe how you work with your team members?
- How do you handle stressful situations?
