I had interviews with 3 members of the team I'd join. They looked through my resume and asked about my background and education. I had to solve a coding problem on a whiteboard to show how I think. Lastly, they asked me some logic puzzles.

I applied online and the whole process took about a week. Since they knew I was a fresh grad, they invited me for an interview. I went and they hit me with a lot of Java, PHP, and TCP questions. I really liked their company and tech, but they seemed to want more. I think I did okay and waited to hear back, but they never called.
