It started with a quick 20-min phone chat with HR, covering basics from my resume. Oddly, I moved on even without much market research background. Then came a series of back-to-back 30-min one-on-one interviews with a director and two Community Managers (I and II). They focused on my experience and interest in market research. After that, there was a 45-min written test involving responding to a client email and creating a short survey. I didn't make it past this, but the next step involves receiving consumer insights via email and preparing a presentation within a week.

Behavioral Presentation

The entire hiring process took a bit under 3 months. It began with a 20-minute phone interview. The following week, I was invited for an in-person meeting with three employees from various career stages. After that, I advanced and was tasked with a powerpoint presentation involving content analysis using provided data. I had the weekend to finish this assignment, and then I was called in for the final interview, which also involved meeting with three interviewers. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected for the role. It would be helpful if they could provide clearer feedback to candidates who aren't a good fit earlier in the process, rather than letting them go through almost three months of interviews.
