The interview process itself is not difficult. Very basic questions about yourself, salary expectations, etc. I had a phone interview that lasted about 30min. I thought the interview went well (they reached out to me for an opportunity). Mind you, this position was a bit junior for my profile, but I told the recruiter my expectations for my career growth and it seemed that we were in the picture.... I was told that they were going to follow up with me about the next steps in my recruitment process, however that never happened. As a Talent Acquisition professional, I know that sometimes things happen, so I followed up with the recruiter via email and still got no answer (I was ghosted). I figured that I was not selected. As a candidate, if I get this treatment in a recruitment process, it's not a good sign. If management is able to see this comment, my recommendation would be to keep an eye on your recruitment metrics and your communication style.

So, first there was a chat with HR. Then, I had interviews with the hiring managers. After that, I got a two-part assignment: first, I had to respond to a research brief, and second, I needed to analyze some data to create a basic presentation with recommendations. The last step was a second interview where I presented my work and answered questions. The interviews and the task were pretty standard for the industry, but the materials for the task could have been better. For example, the research brief had notes that seemed to be from the agency, not the client, and they weren't marked as such. Plus, it mentioned an appendix that wasn't given to me. The data they gave me was anonymized respondent-level data in Excel, which made the data analysis way more complicated and time-consuming than it should be for this kind of role. Honestly, I wasn't really ready for how long the task would take, and that was a big reason I didn't do well in the interview.

Started with a recruiter reach out, followed by an initial talent acquisition screen. Then I met with different people and did a case study. The whole thing took about three weeks from the first call. It felt like they really dug in but were also quick about it. Got the offer pretty fast after the final interviews. I liked that they seemed to value my time, no matter what happened.
