The interview process was super efficient. From initial contact to offer letter was 33 days. Communication was always clear and follow ups occurred in a highly timely manner. Interviews occurred during 3 rounds and with a number of staff in each round.

Applied in early April, had a phone screen within a week, and then an in-person interview a few days later. The in-person interview went really well with four people. Things seemed to be moving fast until after the in-person interview in mid-April, and then I heard nothing for weeks. They were not very communicative and by late May, they told me they were looking for someone more junior, even though the posting was for an associate role (but they said they might have hired me at the next level up). It feels like they probably knew they weren't going to change the job posting level early on, so not giving me an answer for two months seems pretty unprofessional.

Great, well-organized, detailed feedback. Super structured. Good questions from competent interviewers. Two rounds. They asked good questions and the interview was organized super quickly by the team. No time wasted, feedback was great with real working world questions.
