The interview process was really smooth and everyone was super nice. They helped out a lot with travel arrangements and covered everything. It started with a one-on-one chat on campus with a recruiter who was great. This part was really behavioral and felt more like a casual conversation. The next and last step was at the actual company, involving a few interviews with different people. This felt a bit more serious and less like a chat.

I first chatted with a recruiter at a career fair on campus and gave them my resume, which led to an on-campus interview. After passing that, I was invited for an on-site interview in Keene. They flew me into Hartford airport and I rented a car to get to Keene. The night before the interviews, there was a dinner with current BAs to discuss their experiences (they mentioned it doesn't count towards the hiring decision, but I suspect it might). The next day, I went to a house near the main office for three interviews, some one-on-one and some two-on-one. After the interviews, we toured the corporate headquarters and then drove to one of their warehouses for a tour. I got the offer about a week later.

Behavioral Case

I talked to a recruiter at a campus event first. Then, I had a phone interview which was mostly behavioral and covered my resume. After that, I was flown to their HQ for a whole day of interviews. It included one case interview and two behavioral interviews.
