I had an informal first meeting with the VP Account Director, followed by HR. The HR person was about 20 minutes late. I didn't really get a clear picture of what working at the agency would be like, and I didn't get many chances to showcase my expertise or relevant experience. I wish there had been more, but it wasn't a totally bad experience.

There were four interviews in total. Two were virtual and two were in person. It began with an HR person, then a hiring manager, followed by another person at the hiring manager level, and finally a peer. The offices were in an interesting building/area downtown in Milwaukee, but parking was a bit of a hassle.

I knew someone in VP of account management and they set up the interview for me. They already had my LinkedIn printed out when I got there and I didn't even need my resume. The interview was pretty easy and straightforward. It totally helps to know someone to get your foot in the door.
