I interviewed with them a bit ago during my job search. Compared to other logistics companies, they seemed sharper and knew what they wanted. The entry-level roles are pretty much the same everywhere, but if you do well, that's when the promotions and stuff might come, hopefully.

I got an email for a phone interview and scheduled it, got a confirmation, then the next morning it was canceled. I contacted the recruiter, who said I wasn't scheduled and sent the same link again. So, they either canceled it directly or blocked their time. Anyway, I rescheduled and emailed the recruiter my chosen time and date. Got another confirmation. The interview itself was okay, but the recruiter seemed annoyed and didn't seem to know the job duties well, asking questions not related to the description. He did mention he meant to interview me for another role but it was too early. At the end, he gave me advice on my interviewing skills and said someone would contact me later that day for a virtual interview. I interviewed Friday at 2pm and didn't hear back until Wednesday. I scheduled the virtual interview but canceled because I took another job.

Behavioral Presentation

We started with a 20-30 minute phone call where they asked about my resume and some behavioral questions. Then, I had an in-person interview which was about an hour long and also covered my resume and behavioral questions. It was a pretty easy conversation, but they had a lot of questions. The main part was a sales skit. They gave me a scenario and 20 minutes to get ready for a sales meeting. It wasn't as bad as it sounds, though. Two key things to remember are to soft close at the beginning and to use some SPIN sales tactics.
