Operations Coordinator
I was sent a link to schedule a phone interview and I did so. I also emailed my resume to the recruiter as requested. The day before my interview, they asked to reschedule for 2 days later, which I agreed to. On the original interview date, I got an automated reminder and emailed the recruiter to confirm the new time, but got no response. On the rescheduled date, the interviewer never called. I checked the job listing and it was gone. It's unprofessional to not let candidates know if the position is filled.

Operations Coordinator
So there were 2 steps to this interview. It started with a phone chat, which was super easy. The person I talked to was really nice and it all went smoothly. They asked some standard interview questions and also a bit about what I knew about the company. After that went well, the final part was coming into the office to meet the operations supervisor, and then I also met with three other people I might be working with. The whole thing was pretty great.
