I got an email about a week after applying online. The hiring manager asked me to call her to schedule a phone interview. I called her the next day and we set up an interview for that same week. The phone interview had common questions like: why do you think you're a good fit for this company, what other jobs have you interviewed for and if you got any offers, what are the top three things you look for in a company... etc. I never heard back, but I knew I wouldn't because it was my first interview and I was unprepared and nervous.

The interview process was standard and typical. It began with an unscheduled call from the HR Director, where salary expectations were surprisingly discussed. I was then scheduled for an interview a week later. During this interview, I met with the HR Director and a Company Director, both of whom were friendly and relaxed. However, I understand that the interview process has become more involved since 2013, with internal changes including panel interviews and presentations.

It started with a phone call, and then I went to their office for another interview. They asked pretty basic questions and made the environment feel super relaxed. If they thought I was a good fit, they had me shadow someone for like an hour to see what the job would really be like.
