Behavioral Technical

The interview process with C.H. Robinson was pretty structured and professional. There were a bunch of rounds where they asked both behavioral and technical questions, which gave me a chance to show my skills and how I solve problems. The recruiters were easy to talk to and kept me in the loop. They really focused on whether I'd fit the company culture, so it felt personal but still tough. Overall, it was a good experience if you were ready to prove you knew your stuff.

Behavioral Other

So I did some research and this company is amazing, and I was super stoked to interview. After getting through the first interview, I was told I'd be talking to another recruiter. But this second interview was seriously one of the most messed up and annoying interviews I've ever had. The recruiter was like, 'we only hire for this job from within or people who have industry experience' (which they didn't mention in the first interview or the job description at all), and then this recruiter just kept making me figure out if I actually wanted to work in this field or industry. They wasted a whole hour telling me it's not a good fit, questioning if I really wanted a sales position, and all that. I get that you want committed employees, but questioning someone's motives for a sales position is just wild. I don't know anyone in sales who loves it; sales is a grind, period. People do sales for the money. This interview was such a letdown.

It was a three step interview process. First a phone interview, then two in person interviews. They mostly asked basic behavioral and situational questions. I interviewed for an internship.
