I applied online and then had an in-person interview about two weeks later. I thought it went well and they said they'd have a decision by the end of the following week. When I didn't hear back by Friday, I followed up the next week and was told the position was filled. They suggested I contact their recruiter about other roles, which I did, but never heard back. About 6 weeks later, the recruiter reached out about a new opening and asked if I was interested. I replied the same day, but again, no response. It felt unprofessional and I hope this review helps others avoid this kind of experience.

I connected with C.H. Robinson at a college career fair. They had me apply online, and after a couple weeks, I got a call for a phone interview the next week. Then, I was invited to their office for an in-person interview with a supervisor. It was pretty straightforward; he talked a lot about the company and asked just a few questions. They were only hiring for one spot at that location.

The hiring process was a bit different. First, I had a basic phone screening with a recruiter. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where I talked to the supervisor of the team. Then, I got to sit on the office floor and learn about the actual work. I was called the same day with an offer! The entire process took less than a week and made me feel valued. Everyone I met was great.
