The interview process was great! The hiring team was very kind and answered all my questions. The final interview stage, which can usually be intimidating, was actually fun and interesting.

I applied online and they called me right away to set up an interview. I talked to some younger employees and then two senior managers. Everyone was really nice, though one manager seemed rushed. The interview itself was pretty easy. They’ll hire you if you’re smart and passionate. Salary negotiation was a pain though. HR acts as a go-between and can't approve salaries, so they low-balled me and played mind games. Just be ready for that. And the non-compete agreements are crazy.

The interview is pretty straightforward, especially for entry-level jobs since most applicants are new grads. They'll ask you basic questions to gauge your personality and cultural fit. The interview panel will include one person in the same role you're applying for, two mid-level employees, and one senior employee. Just be ready to talk about your resume, and you should be fine.
