The hiring journey typically kicks off with a preliminary chat, either over the phone or online, to make sure you tick the basic boxes for qualifications and experience. After that, you'll usually go through one or more interviews with folks like HR and the hiring managers, where they'll dig into your skills, past work, and how well you'd fit the job. For some roles, you might have to do some assessments or tests. If you make it through the final review, you'll get an offer.

The interviews were really quick, like 30 minutes each, which was awesome because no time was wasted. Everyone I talked to seemed super sharp and really knew what they were looking for in this job. The only bummer was after it was all done, they came back and changed the job title, which apparently is something they do sometimes.
