It was a 3 round process with both technical and non-technical interviews. The first round was technical, the second round was to check basic understanding, and the third round was an HR round. The worst part was being forced to write a minimum of 30 words just to check the website. Lots of info was asked.

First there was a GD round where a topic on current affairs was given and we discussed for 20 mins, ending with a group conclusion. Case studies will be used to check presence of mind and marketing skills. It wasn't too hard but also not very easy. You should have strong analytical and persuasive skills.

So, there were 3 parts to the interview. First, just an intro. Then, the second part was mainly about sales. The third part was more personal. If you pass all three, you get an internship for 3 months. They check how you do, and if it's good, then you get the job offer.
