Got contacted after I applied, then had a few phone interview rounds. It was for an entry-level role and the interview wasn't very technical. They then offered me to come to VA to see the headquarters and get a formal offer.

I had my first interview through teams, and then the second interview was on site. I was interviewed by a panel of two HR folks, and one of them was the hiring manager. The whole thing took about an hour. I got a call back with an offer within two weeks.

It was a pretty smooth process. The whole engineering team was on one call. They asked technical and behavioral questions and wanted to know about my skills and experience with CAD software. I was contacted first for a pre-screen with general questions, and then I moved to the actual interview.

The interview was about 1.5 hours long and focused on hypothetical situations and how I would respond. There were three interviewers. At the end, I was ghosted and never heard back about not being selected. I thought I was highly qualified and spent several hours on this. They even take your phone and watch at security. I was really disappointed not to be told they hired someone else; it felt unprofessional.
