Account Manager
I spoke with HR for a vetting call. They asked about my day-to-day and said my qualifications were a great match. They said they'd connect me with the hiring manager. It was a nice call, and I thought things were going well, but then I was ghosted. I followed up a few times but never heard back, and I didn't get any notification that the job was filled.
- Can you describe your typical daily responsibilities?
- Do you have experience with specific platforms or processes like X?
Account Manager
I applied online and heard back from the recruiters pretty quickly to do an online interview. After that, they emailed me again to schedule a phone interview. Covid cut the process short after that.
- What makes you want to intern at Buzzfeed?
Account Manager
It was a quick and efficient interview process. I applied online and got a call for a phone screen right away. The only delay was when I had to chase my HR contact between the phone and in-person interviews. After that, I had a few quick 30-minute interviews with hiring managers for the team. I got the offer the next week and accepted.
