I filled out an online application and then went to their open interviews on National Hiring Day. There were 8 of us when the manager arrived, so she took us to the back for a group interview. It was pretty chill, we all introduced ourselves and she asked some basic interview questions. It lasted about 30-40 minutes because we had a pretty big group. Afterwards, she called us out one by one back onto the floor to confirm our phone numbers/info. When she called me, she said she liked me and asked if I could stay for a second interview. I said yes, and me and two others were taken to a separate room and interviewed by the assistant manager. It was still really relaxed, and she asked pretty much the same questions.

My interview for Sales Associate involved a lot of personal questions, felt like they were prying. I had to wait 30 minutes for the first interview. Afterwards, the assistant manager spoke with me. They had me come back the next day to speak with the manager since she wasn't in. That next day, I waited another 30 minutes before talking to her. She showed me around the store and made it seem like I had the job, saying that getting to her meant I was a good fit. She then said she'd be in touch as training wasn't for another week. Never heard back, total waste of time.

I applied online using snagajob and they got back to me after two days to see if I was interested in an interview. When you get to the store, you have to fill out another application, which is pretty much the same info you already gave online: personal details, work history, and then they'll take you to the back for the actual interview. I interviewed with one of the managers there and they just asked some standard questions.
