Had a face to face interview first with the lead paralegal and then on another day with the managing partner. It was not as intimidating as I thought and I ended up talking to the managing attorney about shoes. I did interview close to the holidays and had to wait longer than expected for a call back, but luckily I got an offer.

After an in-person meeting with the local manager, I had a phone interview with the regional manager. We had lunch and talked sports, enjoying the sandwiches. However, the staring at the beer taps wasn't appropriate for an initial interview. I hope this is around 50 words.

It was a great experience, I actually enjoy talking about myself and my background. My resume speaks for itself in most cases, and in this case, it was a good thing! I did my best answering everything. The only hiccup was the mints in the conference room; I accidentally grabbed one and popped it in my mouth right as the interview started. So when she introduced herself and started asking questions, I could only nod or mumble because I had this HUGE breath saver in my mouth that I didn't want to chew and seem rude. It was quite an intense experience.

This interview experience was quite unprofessional and unethical. They didn't even read my resume. It was supposed to be two interviews, but one interviewer was too busy on the phone to even say hello. The salary offered wasn't competitive. During the process, I learned that the job title was incorrect and that full benefits wouldn't be provided immediately. I was also informed that working overtime and weekends would be a daily requirement, which sounded like being a professional slave. The atmosphere wasn't the professional environment I'm accustomed to from working in law firms.
