First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Busy Bees Childcare.
Educator
The interview was informal yet structured. I was greeted by the Centre Director. It began with a quick tour of the facility, where I had the chance to observe a group of toddlers engaging in a storytelling session. The director pointed out their safety protocols, curriculum structure, and how they tailor activities to different developmental stages.
- Why are you interested in early childhood education?
Teacher
It was smooth, the principal shared regarding the school and the roles of the teacher. And shared regarding the environment of the school. It was a pleasant experience. After that, it took about 1 week for the school to get back to me, with the necessary documents and medical forms.
- Why did you leave your previous job?
Educator
I had an interview with the manager who asked me some questions based on my resume and their prepared list. These were typical questions for an early childhood education job. An assistant manager took notes as I answered. The interview didn't take too long.
