First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Busy Bees Childcare.
Educator
The interview was informal yet structured. I was greeted by the Centre Director. It began with a quick tour of the facility, where I had the chance to observe a group of toddlers engaging in a storytelling session. The director pointed out their safety protocols, curriculum structure, and how they tailor activities to different developmental stages.
- Why are you interested in early childhood education?
EYFS Teacher
The interview itself was super relaxed. They asked general questions about my background, how I'd handle certain situations, any training I've had, and my future career goals. I actually got the job offer right then and there! The whole application process took a while with a long wait, but the actual interview was just with the team leader and the head of the nursery.
- What are your strategies for managing children who exhibit behavioral issues?
Talent Acquisition
The interview was really short, only 6 minutes. The interviewer was late, and I ended up having to call her the next day. She didn't even give me an overview of the company. Honestly, for a talent partner, Divya didn't seem very experienced. I wouldn't want to work for her, even if I got an offer.
- Why did you choose to apply for this position?
- Could you tell me how many roles you typically manage?
Nurse Practitioner
It was an easy interview, and it didn't take long. They asked about five or six questions, mostly about safeguarding and age-appropriate activities. We had a general chat about places I've worked before and my home life. They also asked about the hours I could work and my availability. I got a phone call a few hours later offering me the job.
- What would you do if you found a bruise on a non-mobile child?
