Technical Behavioral

I interviewed with 4 people and they all seemed to like me. I was really excited about the job, and they said they needed to set up one last interview with the CTO. It's been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't heard back. I've tried reaching out a few times but got no response. I'm guessing it's a no, but it really stinks that they couldn't even send an email to let me know after I spent so much time on it.

Behavioral Technical

It was mostly behavioral, starting with a phone screening, then a behavioral interview, followed by a technical interview with software engineers, and finally with higher-ups. In total, there were about 5 interviews. I received the offer several months after the interviews were completed.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Went through a bunch of interviews and calls with the hiring manager, execs, and engineers. The technical interview was supposed to be about cloning a GitHub repo, fixing it to run, and enhancing it, but it turned into technical questions about my projects and an object-oriented coding problem that I had to design and implement from scratch. They asked for references and I completed a behavioral assessment, and then nothing. Got ghosted. Reached out almost 2 weeks later and still no response. It would be courteous to at least send a rejection email after making a candidate do so much work.
