Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was incredibly lengthy, spanning three months, which felt disrespectful of my time. Ultimately, it turned out not to be a good fit. While the interviewers were very nice and friendly, and I liked the culture, the process itself seemed very outdated and not well-suited for the American cultural context.

Case Technical

After applying, they waited about 3 weeks to respond, then there was the first interview which was an HR screening with some people from the team. The second interview was a Case study, like in any typical consulting firm, then aptitude tests, and finally an interview with the country head. The case study needs good prep because they check the candidate's problem-solving skills.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • A case study was provided concerning a Swedish company aiming to expand into the E.A region.
