It was an on-campus interview, done panel style. It was the usual personality and career questions. They seemed a bit reserved during the interview. Each person on the panel had their own questions and didn't interact after their part. Maybe they were having a long day or just didn't want to be there, I'm not sure. I got business cards from everyone and emailed them all a thank you note. I didn't hear back from any of the four people. While that sometimes happens, what was shocking is that I heard nothing back from anyone, not even the internal recruiter I worked with to set up the interview. I emailed them, but got no response. I really hope they have better communication in the business world because the way they handled my interview and the follow-up was really unprofessional.
